Close to the banks of the River Wharfe, Piccolino Collingham is perched in a quaint setting. As well as a bright, minimalist interior, the inviting walled garden offers peaceful al fresco dining.

With a vibrant and contemporary atmosphere, Piccolino restaurant evokes the charm of traditional Italian dining. Bringing the finest quality seasonal ingredients to the high street, Piccolino offers tasty, hand-prepared dishes. The varied Piccolino menu offers Italian favourites as well as new, ambitious combinations, like roast pumpkin, pancetta and gorgonzola risotto, or a platter loaded with fresh, tasty antipasti.

An exciting canapés menu offers intense tasting flavours, ideal for sampling with a glass from the extensive, well-selected wine list at Piccolino, or an option from the international beer selection. Piccolino takes pride in its range of classically decadent desserts, like dark chocolate and amaretto mousse, or creamy pannacotta with mulled plums and orange.

Just 6 minutes’ drive from Wetherby Golf Club, Piccolino Collingham is nestled in a picturesque area of the Yorkshire countryside.

Lovely atmosphere. Like the fact that larger families were positioned at the lower end to reduce noise.

Great food, only fault was that the fish main I had was warm. Great choices of wine. Puddings were spot on.

Hoping to experience a lunch soon.

Thank you for a nice evening.

It was our first visit and was amazed how much the restaurant was buzzing. It was very busy and we had to wait over half an hour for our table. When we did get seated we had more waiting time before our order was taken. Once the order was given I have to say that we were then served quite quickly and that was probably due to the fact that the restaurant was starting to thin out by then
The food was good and tasty but a little bit on the expensive side and we did enjoy it. We did have a good night despite the waiting. Best to come by taxi as the car park was full. We found the staff were very friendly.

We had not been to this venue for years, and were impressed with the decor and friendly and attentive staff. We had seafood and fish dishes, and some pasta and garlic and tomato pizza bread. All the food was of good quality and tasted great. The wine (Pinot Grigio) was very palatable. We had an unhurried lunch, with plenty of time for conversation among the four of us. Overall a very pleasant experience.
