Service was great and very fast especially being a trial run. Food was great! it was the first time I'd been so I was very impressed. Only thing id say which is not even an issue really is the menue could do with a few more beer options.

Just off the bustling Market Square and next to Corn Exchange, Pho Cambridge is a funky, informal setting for Vietnamese street food. Decorated with graffiti-style murals, there is also a spacious bar, perfect for pre-dinner cocktails.

The Pho menu is packed with authentic Vietnamese street food, all made with the finest ingredients. Fresh rice paper summer rolls, seasoned chicken wings with sriracha, and North Vietnamese steamed crepes filled with pork and wood ear mushrooms are perfect to share, while the goi salads are beautifully colourful and aromatic, using additions like banana blossom and star fruit. Pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup national dish, is a speciality, and can be ordered with fillings like flash-fried steak and garlic, homemade meatballs, tiger prawns, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms.

For dessert, Pho restaurant offers treats like banana fritter, chocolate truffle slab with green tea ice cream, and a selection of sorbets. On the drinks menu there are seasonal Vietnamese cocktails, Vietnamese beers, rice spirits and speciality teas and coffees.

With a bustling ambience and funky, colourful décor, Pho in Cambridge is a 7-minute drive from Cambridge Rail Station.

I went last night with a couple of friends. I arrived 5 mins earlier and was ushered to upstairs. The light is a little dim but still in an acceptable range. (However it would be consider dark whilst reading the menu.) I ordered a Coconut, Pineapple and Apple juice. The juice itself is delicious however it's not as cold as I expected. There were two cubes of ice in it. I was expecting some crushed ice or a cold glass. We ordered 4 starters to share and they were really good size portion. My personal favourite was the fried prawn spring rolls (forgot the name of it) and the steam rolls (with the wood ear mushrooms). As for the main dish, I had a wok style fried noodles with beef. It was pretty good except it's a bit too salty to start with. I had to add some chilli and garlic to it. Overall experience was great. Music was a bit too loud, however with the amount of customers inside, it's probably necessary to have the music at a higher volume. The staff service was great and helpful! Thank you Pho!

Awesome starters and juices. I had the house special with prawns, tofu and flash fried steak and really enjoyed it. For a general meal out, the price is a bit high for a bowl of pho, but I do still like it. The general layout of the new restaurant is a number of smaller rooms, so it can be a bit of a maze to get to the restrooms, but does give a more intimate feel to eating out.
