Faultless - I booked a table for an informal business lunch on a £30 per head for three courses and a glass of champagne deal - we were all very pleasantry surprised of the overall experience - the food was wonderful, the service was impeccable and the value extraordinary! The biggest surprise of the afternoon was how busy it wasn't!! I can't believe that a restaurant of that quality, value an location is not full - after a few tables for two had finished and left, there was just the three of us, in a corner table overlooking Jermyn Street and Duke Street, with at least four staff looking after us!! an amazing place which I will book again.

We've visited several restaurants using offers from bookatable and other websites and this experience was by far the best. The food was delicious, beautifully presented with good-sized portions, the service was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The meal was excellent value at £29 for 3 courses - from the a la carte menu and not just a restricted menu for the purposes of the offer, which also included a glass of champagne. Will definitely go again.

Petrichor is located on the first floor of The Cavendish Hotel. The restaurant was not very busy and although we were half an hour early for our booking we were whisked to a nicely located round table overlooking the street. Fresh bread was offered along with a trio of butters. I chose olive bread which was warm and delicious. More was offered which I declined because I wanted to leave room for my lunch. I chose poached salmon to start, followed by cod and the meal was completed with a chocolate Avalanche. Each plate of food was a work of art, beautifully presented , and tasted sublime. Service was impeccable. This place is a hidden gem. The Bookatable deal was three courses from the a la carte menu plus a glass of Lanson champagne for £29. This was outstanding value for money and I'd recommend Petrichor without hesitation based on my experience.

A lovely meal, great value for money, service was a bit slapdash.
For a deal, the menu was pretty extensive with only the beef fillet having a surcharge on it. Great choices for starter, main and dessert.

You must eat here!! What a wonderful meal. Is fine dining but portion sizes are ok and they are generous with bread. The service is superb - we had Carlos who is happy, knowledgeable, helpful and has a great sense of humour. The food taste great and there is a good selection to choose from. Everything I ate was cooked to perfection. The environment is also plush, clean and tastefully decorated. Drinks selection was great - I sampled cocktails which were fresh and delicious. I give this restaurant 10/10. Have not enjoyed a meal so much in ages.

Great offer three courses and glass of champagne, good quality champagne, three choices of bread and different butters, able to pick from the main menu, so lots of choice, with very few supplements, had the mackerel and the croquettes for starters both were works of art and very tasty, particularly enjoyed the mackerel. Had the cod and salmon for main course both cooked to perfection and again very well presented and a very good strawberry parfait to finish. Great service. It is a hotel restaurant, comfortable but very quiet, even so would highly recommend a visit.
