Winner of 2 AA Rosettes, Pescatori – Charlotte Street specialises in fine fresh seafood with Mediterranean flavours. Featuring elegant décor, al fresco dining is available in the warmer months.

The Pescatori menu features nothing but the freshest ingredients. A buyer goes to Billingsgate Fish Market every day to select the finest items, and the crab and sea bass is directly sourced from a family farm in Cornwall. A range of fine pasta dishes like lobster linguine are also served, and the artichoke gnocchi is perfect for vegetarians. Meat dishes like lamb and veal are also available.

Desserts at Pescatori in Fitzrovia are rich and mix bold flavours, like passion fruit tart with crème fraiche. An extensive wine list is available, as well as prosecco and a range of cocktails.

Just 2 minutes’ walk from Goodge Street Tube Station and with private dining available, Charlotte Street Pescatori serves some of the freshest seafood in all of London.

We went with London restaurant festival and really did not serve the best food. Perhaps the food would have been better in we had gone a la carte.

Charming seafood restaurant however the oysters could have been cleaned and opened with more care - they were very 'bitty' and some pieces were quite large! Overall the food was over seasoned but the wine was excellent. Service was a bit slow - taken at mediterranean pace but the waiters were charming.

    fantastic food and good location.

The fish was very fresh and beautifully cooked.
The wine could have been colder and having an ice bucket on each table would be better than sharing with several others. This meant that we had to wait for the waitress to come over and refill our glasses.

A previous reviewer stated that she did not feel welcome after revealing that she would be paying with Tesco Clubcard vouchers. As this was my intention also, I was somewhat aprehensive. However, I need not have worried. The level and friendliness of service never dropped below friendly and attentive. Most importantly, the standard of food and wine was absolutely superb. Can't wait to return.

This was a pleasant, relaxing lunch in a setting that wasn't too noisy.
