We visited The Bentley Hotel for Afternoon Tea yesterday. It was lovely. We sat in the Lounge area, which was comfortable and relaxed. The Staff were very attentive and the tea was delicious. A great location. We would definitely go back!

We had a lovely afternoon tea and the staff were excellent.
My only comment would be that there could have been more traditional cakes which aren't quite so creamy.

Once the confusion was sorted out over whether the voucher was for a meal or afternoon tea. All went well all be it it took some time for the meal to arrive which meant rushing at the end as we became sort of time.

Afternoon tea was a very sedate affair we arrived early but were greeted very nicely both at the reception desk and the restaurant. Staff very attentive and explained what the various little sandwich pieces contained. The champagne was very nice and the tea, scones and cakes were very good.
I would have preferred to have had a window with a view nearby but the seating was still very good.

It was very good and most importantly my mum enjoyed it. I was very impressed with the service from the staff there. The atmosphere was relaxed. We weren't rushed and the whole experience was very enjoyable.
