The food was really good and the portions were good too! However the staff were a little slow. Like with bringing drinks or even getting someone to get our checks. Overall though it was a good experience

The four of us visited for a dim sum lunch. We ordered a vegetable dish, pea shoot with garlic which was excellent, but the fried mince pork with salt fish was disappointing. The mince used was too lean resulting in a dry dish. We ordered 12 types of dim sum, all good except for the steamed prawn with wasabi. It looked like the real thing but tasted bland, we could not taste any wasabi. We also ordered a sea food noodle and the portion was minute. Tasted okay though. Service was attentive and professional, no complaints there. Overall, not a bad meal which explains the 4 star given, but can do better. Will visit again for dinner to try their a la carte dishes.

Dim Sum for a large group. Lovely food and great selection of Dim Sum. Recommended we pre order some food as we were a party of 13. Pricey, but given what it tries to cater for (Scallop Siu Mai!), it was expected-£28/pax Signature Lobster Noodles was not as good as I remembered it. Fried custard buns shaped like artichoke hearts at the end was fantastic.

Overall an excellent Dim Sum with quietly attentive service. The booking was simple and efficient and the staff very welcoming and friendly.
Only small negative feedback is the grapefruit tapioca desert was low on tapioca. But we thoroughly enjoyed dining at Pearl Lliang.
