Lovely ambiance. Good afternoon tea but perhaps less petit cakes and more savouries. Also as the hot tea was served long before food arrived it really needed to be refreshed as soon as sandwiches were brought.
Small details but overall good experience

Lovely location but very over priced, deal was with 25% off thought it would be £21 when got the bill it was £24, then a surcharge not very impressed, waited ages for the food to arrive. Staff were pleasant, recommend for location and service but not cost better else where.

It was fantastic. The little Apple deserts were a fan favorite, but everything was phenomenal. Also, I made this reservation for my mother's birthday and we were surprised with a plate of chocolates, which was an amazing touch!

Staff friendly and welcoming. Food excellent - loved the box our uneaten cakes were put in.

We had booked for afternoon tea. However the food took half an hour to arrive to the table. Then, after two requests for hot water and lemon to go with my Earl Gray tea we each were served glasses of water with a slice of lemon in them. The scones were due to arrive once we had eaten the sandwiches but in the end we ate everything and still had to wait for the scones. My gluten free scones were dreadful. I complained when I was paying the bill and, after consultation with the manager, they waived the service charge _ which I was not really inclined to pay anyway.

On the plus side, it was good that they had made an effort to produce a child's afternoon tea and a gluten-free one.

Nevertheless this was a very disappointing experience.
