For delicious, dynamic reinterpretations of classic haute cuisine nothing comes close to the Pavillon in Zurich, where head chef Laurent Eperon at the Michelin-starred and 17 Gault Millau-crowned Pavillon approaches ‘contemporary fine dining’ with a seasonal and contemporary edge.

Much like his delectable creations, both the service and the extensive wine list are first rate, guaranteeing a remarkable dining experience.

Just a two-minute walk from the Pavillon restaurant is Lake Zurich and the Bürkliplatz quay with stops for the tram, bus and boats. Zurich’s old town is within a ten-minute walk from the Pavillon in Hotel Baur au Lac.

    Aussergewöhnliche Qualität der Speisen wobei die Überraschungen ein bisschen fehlen. Dieser Stern wird aber durch den überragenden Service
    wieder ausgeglichen.

    Dinner im Pavillon. Das Essen war gut, aber nicht excellent. Daher schlechtes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis, weil anderstwo für weniger Geld gleiche oder zumindest ähnliche Qualität geboten wird. Das Fleisch saignant bestellt, aber a point bekommen. Nach der Weinbestellung Abstimmungsprobleme beim Servicepersonal. Fischbesteck bekommen, obwohl ich Fleisch bestellt habe. Service ansonsten sehr freundlich. Der Espresso war nicht gut, würde dem Pavillon empfehlen eine bessere kaffemaschine zu anzuschaffen und bessere Bohnen zu verwenden.
