We had festive afternoon tea with prosecco. The choice and variety of savouries and cakes was wonderful, we struggled to finish but were given the remaining cakes to take home. It was my Mom's birthday and she was presented with a cake to take home. The staff were wonderful, attentive , efficient and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was great , we asked not to be seated near to children and no cfamilies were offered seats in our vicinity. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The tea on arriving was a little weak but the staff rectified this. Overall a very pleasurable experience. Would recommend to my friends. Good price too!

We booked this restaurant as we had been before on a previous visit to the Genting Arena and thought the service and food was good and value for money. On arriving our booked table had not been and we were put next to a cake fridge and serving area, so we asked to moved, and then asked for the menu. Another reason for booking was that Patiserrie Valerie were advertising an Autumn Menu deal that consisted of two courses for £9.95 which offers excellent value and based on our previous experience we thought we would go for this deal. The menu did not offer this option so we asked the waitress why and she said she did not know, so she sent the Manager over who apologised and said they had not got ingredients to fulfill this deal, hence there Autumn Menu menu,s wern,t on the tables, the manager offered us a cake as some sort of apology which we refused and went to another restaurant.

We arrived and bren informed that they have ran out of afternoon tea. Then later on been told there is. However, they could not serve in a tray specified and advised they will serve it on separate plates which defeats the experience.

We decided to stay and orderes cakes. However, it has taken awhile for the cakes to arrive. We got apologies but left disappointed as were looking forward to the experience of afternoon tea

Nice relaxed atmosphere with good service from all the staff. Went fairly late on a Sunday afternoon so thought they might try to rush us but definitely not the case. Good selection of fresh finger sandwiches and lots of cakes with a bottomless pot of tea. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Greeting was fine. Confusion to start, before we had even a drink, about how we were paying. We had to keep asking for more tea as waiters inattentive despite it being quiet. Sandwiches were fractionally stale so must have sat unwrapped for a time as were the mini scones but good selection of yummy cake. Pleasant atmosphere and good company plus excellent tea and cake give it a score of 3 instead of less

Arrived early for our booking but was immediately shown to our table given menus and drinks order was taken. Waitress took our order and we were told it may be up to an hour to wait as they were very busy. Ate from the new Summer menu. Starter arrived in 10 mins and our main followed within 20 mins of finishing 1st course. Food was excellent and staff very friendly under pressure. Table was booked for 6pm and we were out and walking over to the Arena for Bryan Adams concert by 7.15pm. Well done to the staff who were extremely polite and friendly.

Booked here as I had been for a meal previously and the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Intend returning before going home.. Our main waitress was fabulous and good fun which makes a visit extra special. Other staff were very good too. Unfortunately my friend got a hair in one of her pastries but this was addressed at the time to our satisfaction.
