When we arrived the server wasn't interested that we had actually booked a table - then I was asked to show a copy of my voucher we didn't book on a voucher! Food was average not as good as fort kinnard branch. Did not receive the macaroon gift box which was advertised when booking. Service was also slow despite being quiet

We only went here because we got an offer. The service was not very helpful. The afternoon tea was okay but the savouries were minuscule and not great... Not child friendly (probably our mistake to attempt it, but our usual places are great for and with kids). Basically we won't be hurrying back. If you're a granny looking to enjoy a cream cake it's probably more your scene (as the person tut tutting at the next table made clear).
