The afternoon tea was lovely. However we booked a table for 3 pm and we were a bit disappointed as we had to wait for a table to be prepared . I would of thought that a table would have been prepared with reserved on apart from that the service was good and the cakes were lush.

Need to train their staff to be pleasant to their customers! My daughter was given a dirty plate therefore asked for it to be changed. The waitress snatched it from her, and without a word of apology, walked away. As she was getting a clean plate I watched as she spoke to her colleague, and obviously she talked about us as they both looked over at our table and laughed! There was no word of apology from the ignorant girl. We won't be returning or recommending.
