Poor. No assistance with spillage. Slow lacklustre service. Dry sandwiches. Booked as a treat but did not feel special. Drinks served in papercups cups. Will not recommend

Food was lovely and staff happy to accomodate wishes for no mayo or mustard in sandwiches but felt it was a problem booking afternoon tea for 3. Waitress made a big deal of us having to have afternoon tea for 2 and afternoon tea for 1. So tea for 2 came on lovely teared plate then alongside arrived 3 individual plates for 1 person. Just didnt appear able to cater for 3 together.

It was great. Beautiful cakes and very good service.

Overall ok. Having booked I thought the staff might know I was coming. They seemingly were not expecting me. Equally there were 3 of us yet the cafe seemed unable to do tea for three. So we had to share tea for two !! Food was actually pretty good but the experience could be better. Not sure I will be back given the options available for afternoon tea in Cambridge.
