I was here with a friend, who had come to London specially, treating her to a meal to celebrate her 70th. The savory food was excellent but we then ordered a zabaglione, which we both adore, It was so sweet, it was inedible and neither of us ate more than one or two mouthfuls of an expensive desert.. When i complained, we expected something to happen eg an offer of free coffee or even a deduction of the bill. But no, the full bill simply arrived. We did not go here for a fancy meal but because of its location and its Italian cuisine. However, we both agreed that the level of service and the inedibility of the desert made it far too risky a place to return to.,

About a year ago a friend introduced me to this lovely family run restaurant. Having enjoyed the experience so much I then took friends from outside London - it is handy for Euston station and nearby my work. So far I have only had evening meals there but reliably the menu options, quality of the dishes, price and service are just right and it is also possible to relax and talk I notice that it has become a favourite for my friends too - when planning a visit they ask if we can go back to Pasta Plus.

Nice ambience but quite noisy. Food was slow to arrive considering we only had one course and quite pricey. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient for our needs but otherwise would think twice before returning.

Proper home cooked Italian food. I went for an early dinner with my daughter who is a student at nearby UCL before jumping on a train back North. Would definitely go back, so much better than the Italian themed chain restaurants in the area. We both had beef carpaccio for starters, then I had fettucini (pasta was delicious) with king prawns. Daughter had veal with spaghetti and she wolfed it down. Incl half a bottle of wine, all for under £50.

This is a small family run restaurant. (Husband the chef, wife the front of house). It is warm, friendly and always an enjoyable experience to dine there. Even after a gap of 2 years if was still the same yesterday. The food is excellent, melt in the mouth steak and deserts to die for. I cannot wait to be back in London to go there again.

Going to a concert in the area, looked on internet for a restaurant nearby that would serve early enough. Listed on Square Meal website, & Pasta Plus' own website also helpful with prices & times.
At Pasta Plus: lovely welcome, free bruschetta appetiser, food slow to arrive but they hurried it when we explained; delicious & tasty (we had Chicken with taleggio & pancetta, & Farfalle Mare e Monti - smoked salmon, mushrooms & peas). Puds were also lovely (good Tiramisu, & Panna cotta with a scrummy fruit coulis). Service friendly & responsive. Wish we'd had time to stay longer. Would definitely recommend, & go there again if in the area.

This was the second time I had visited this restaurant, and having discovered it with my husband, decided to recommend it to friends. We dined on a Tuesday evening, and enjoyed great food, great service and a very relaxed and chilled out ambience. The value for money offered would definitely make me visit this restaurant again and again, both as part of a couple or as part of a group.

Having eaten here before I booked expecting a good meal and was not disappointed. We ate in the evening on a Saturday and the restaurant was full but did not feel crowded. The food was excellent and had a good range so that even the pickiest of the group found something they enjoyed. Small downside in that the waiter didn't speak very good English so there was a certain degree of confusion when ordering.
