Park Avenue Winter returns to 100 East 63rd Street in Manhattan. Over 48 hours, the restaurant was completely transformed from Park Avenue Autumn to a completely new decor, featuring an icy winter white appearance with silver accents.
Chef Craig Koketsu (Quality Meats) has created a refined, robust winter-inspired menu with contemporary yet classic dishes, such as Lemon Roasted Chicken, Organic Scottish Salmon with Citron and Ginger, and Filet Mignon with Braised Short Rib and Root Vegetables. The menu's focus evolved from showcasing autumn's harvest to revealing the best winter flavours.
Executive Pastry Chef Richard Leach has developed a selection of stunning dessert presentations, highlighting winter fruits and chocolate. For Park Avenue Winter, Leach's dessert selections include Winter Spice Cake with Brown Butter Ice Cream, Caramelised Apple and Cranberry, and Chocolate Flourless Cake with Peanut Brittle Mascarpone.
