The first impression you get of the Panorama-Restaurant at the Flair Park-Hotel Ilshofen is of stylish, enjoyable and elegant meal times. Whether your stay is for business or pleasure ? the extensive range of international specialities coupled with the well matched wine menu takes you on a delightful culinary journey of discovery. You can expect a menu in tune with the seasonally available produce, as well as 'Action' weeks (wild and fresh week, asparagus and mushroom varieties, culinary wine tasting etc.) and these give the restaurant an edge with an ever changing menu. Chef Werner Stegmaier creates specials such as Carpaccio of smoked duck breast with horseradish and apple jam, lightly roasted loin of 'Schwäbisch Hällischen' land pig with thyme and garlic cream, or bread roll pudding with apple and vanilla sauce. The motto is accessible first rate food, which automatically gives you the right impression of fresh, wholesome and well prepared food. You can round off the day in the relaxing Bistro-Bar-Lounge Bajazzo. The cosy and welcoming beer garden is open to guests from 1st May. Numerous meetings and organised events run throughout the season, which cater for a variety of entertainment needs. From the very first morning / lunchtime drinks in the open air, there is something available for every age group and the venue even boasts the first German malt beer garden with its own children's play area.
