A great pride and personal care taken by Nicole who made us feel very welcome.
Thoroughly enjoyed afternoon tea in relaxing atmosphere. Sampled couple of tea varieties recommended.

Had a great afternoon, the waiting staff were great and very welcoming. Only criticism was that there was no children's options, so they had to eat and be charged for the adult setting.

We had the birdcage afternoon tea with unlimited sparkling wine, on a busy Sunday afternoon. The Palm court is a lovely venue, and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Despite the open layout in the middle of the hotel, it felt very cosy. Sandwhiches were nothing special, but savouray pastries were also served alongside which was a nice touch. Scones were absolutely lovely, and cakes pretty good. We especially appreciated there being a separate vegetarian menu! Service was fantastic; our waitress couldn't have done more to explain the menus and accommodate our requests. Glasses were promptly topped up for the free flowing bubbles. Overall a great afternoon tea experience, perfect for a girly get-together!

very nice .Even got a birthday cake.
Sandwiches very dilicious.Just the cakes are too sweet.

It was very disappointing. The sandwiches were tasteless, the pastries were dry and service quite mediocre. A complete waist of money. Champagne was great but the chef couldn't mess that up.

Good the and food. But the sandwiches was a bit to the dry side. As they had been standing too long without covering.
The musician playing the Harp was excellent intertainment.

it was not bad but not great either. A little too light on the patisseries of the afternoon tea.
    And unfortunately cinnamon was overpresent.

We took afternoon tea at The Park Lane hotel. It was very enjoyable, we weren't rushed by the staff, who were also very friendly.
