Booking on line was so simple. The meal as ever was great, absolutely no faults from any of us. We've been there many many times no and have no faults whatsoever. Our waitress could not have been more attentive, unfortunately we didn't get her name but deserves a pat on the back.

Food was good though chicken a little dry. Portions too big for me for main course. Service above excellent. Ambience gorgeous.

My husband and I booked on line for Valentines Day evening meal. We were greeted immediately and taken to our table. Sharron our waitress introduced herself and took orders for our meal. As usual the restaurant was warm and welcoming.

First visit as it had bad reviews on opening couple of years ago. Booked online easily, wheelchair friendly. Waitress Louise immediately asked Auntie (bonus, she was treated like a normal person) if she was staying in wheelchair and moved dining chair at table by fire. Service was brilliant and food delicious, and speedy, hubby happy bill very reasonable. Can only comment on lunch so far

We enjoyed a very pleasant evening with our family for a birthday celebration. The choice of food suited age range 9 to 80. There was plenty of room for 8 of us and we were comfortable and cosy. We all enjoyed our different meals and were well looked after. We weren't rushed and staff were helpful but not intrusive. It was Monday evening and not overly busy.

Having visited the Restaurant o n several occasions before and enjoyed the experience, I must say that attending on Saturday left a lot to be desired, I observed lots of people complaining about the food and in general my experience was less than desirable at this time and I was left somewhat disappointed that previous expectation encountered were not met on this visit.
