Wonderful sevice, great food. Lovely views. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff tended to any needs we might have appropriately and in a timely fashion but also gave us lots of space and time to make decisions and enjoy the meal.

Excellent location, fabulous place, great staff ....... and food was amazing. A very positive dinning experience with an amazing view (especially as the sun sets).

Really fantastic afternoon tea - one of the best I've had. We especially loved the savoury bites that came with the sandwiches and the chocolate truffle cake. The homemade mayonnaise and piccalilli were nice touches. Service was attentive and professional. Only issue was the alarm that went off 6 times while we were there - it got a little annoying in the end as we kept having to repeat ourselves during conversation.

We started with two cocktails which were well made and delicious. We have had cocktails all over and these were up there with the best. My partner ordered the lamb and I ordered the monkfish. The lamb was well presented, cooked and was fairly substantial. However, the monkfish amounted to three mouthfuls with half a small shallot and some loose leafs and a tiny amount of sauce. It was very disappointing and I would say was more a starter than a main dish. It was only the side of potatoes that satisfied my appetite. We ordered the OXO chocolate plate and ice cream for desert. Both were excellent, lots of different flavours in the chocolate dish and a happy birthday message was included on my partners plate. The staff were really friendly and informal and the whole experience including the view was memorable. However, I think the main dishes need to be a bit more substantial. If you are paying £30 for a main course you don't want to have to rely on a bowl of potatoes to satisfy your appetite. I would have to think about recommending to a friend due to the portion sizes (don't restaurants know people talk about this) but everything else was up to the standard you would expect.

Absolutely fantastic, staff & food was exceptional.
We were concerned about bringing our 7 year old son but the staff were reassuring, child friendly & all his favourite food's were on the child's menu.
Our waiter's were excellent, we were recommended a superb bottle of Rosé.
