Perched high on the 8th floor of OXO Tower on London’s South Bank, OXO Tower Brasserie affords sensational views across London and the Thames from its 250-foot terrace and dining area. The informal setting has an infectious buzz, with live music from an extensive line-up of jazz musicians adding an extra dimension to the experience.

With a state-of-the-art open-plan kitchen, head chef Keir Barry serves up modern British dishes with bold flavours. Enjoy grilled spring chicken served with pepper gorgonzola butter, or roasted cod with caramelised onion chorizo chutney and padron pepper butter beans. Many meat dishes are cooked over charcoal on the josper grill, creating a rich BBQ flavour that is perfect for al fresco dining.

An excellent cocktail list accompanies the menu, and unique to the Brasserie, ‘Not Afternoon Tea’ is a must-try experience for those who enjoy a sweet treat with a difference. A selection of exotic desserts includes apricot frangipane, thyme pannacotta, and green tea cake.

Offering incredible views, and live music every evening and on weekend lunchtimes, OXO Tower Brasserie in London sits 8 minutes’ walk from Southwark Tube Station.

Superb!! Cocktail really wasn't good enough but aside from that the entire experience was fantastic. All the food we ordered was of a very high standard & the HN Malbec was very good too.

Fantastic. Just what we were looking for! Buzzy and friendly and relaxed but a tiny bit up market!

From the welcome to the finish of our meal, everything was perfect. No criticisms at all. We felt looked after and spoilt and were not rushed at all. The service was slick, precise and the food was incredible. We had a window seat which was a request and as I had mentioned it was our anniversary, the waiter brought some ice cream desert with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate sauce on it. Very special.

Wonderful food, the best spiced rum I have ever tasted, Tiger Prawns to die for!. Great views and brilliant service. The fireworks were an added bonus!

This was my last time at OXO... Have been dining here for a decade now - almost always walked out disappointed. This time staff were on the verge of rude, food was very mediocre (bakewell tart could have come from a pack of Kipling), and the music so naff that it felt like we were performing clowns in a circus. Felt deeply embarrassed in front of our French friends.

Beware if you are planning pre dinner drinks. The bar is crowded and it is not quite what we had hoped for in terms of a relaxing drink and a chat
The whole restaurant is quite crowded with tables fairly close.
    Service is good. Food good
Probably wouldn't return as it wasn't specular enough for the price paid

Gorgeous setting & views, and great food. But I've been twice in the last three weeks and the problem was the same both times - incredibly slow service. The restaurant needs dedicated staff for each table, so you don't have to beg two different waiters for water, or three different waiters for the glass of wine you ordered 15 minutes ago. However, both times, the bill arrived with one second of asking ;)
