Perched high on the 8th floor of OXO Tower on London’s South Bank, OXO Tower Brasserie affords sensational views across London and the Thames from its 250-foot terrace and dining area. The informal setting has an infectious buzz, with live music from an extensive line-up of jazz musicians adding an extra dimension to the experience.

With a state-of-the-art open-plan kitchen, head chef Keir Barry serves up modern British dishes with bold flavours. Enjoy grilled spring chicken served with pepper gorgonzola butter, or roasted cod with caramelised onion chorizo chutney and padron pepper butter beans. Many meat dishes are cooked over charcoal on the josper grill, creating a rich BBQ flavour that is perfect for al fresco dining.

An excellent cocktail list accompanies the menu, and unique to the Brasserie, ‘Not Afternoon Tea’ is a must-try experience for those who enjoy a sweet treat with a difference. A selection of exotic desserts includes apricot frangipane, thyme pannacotta, and green tea cake.

Offering incredible views, and live music every evening and on weekend lunchtimes, OXO Tower Brasserie in London sits 8 minutes’ walk from Southwark Tube Station.

We a little disappointed if I am to be true full, I hade booked for my wife's birthday. The restaurant wasn't all that busy but the tables seemed to be squashed together. Sitting behind us was a table of twelve people & to get to the table the waiters had to squeeze past the back of my chair. I seemed to spend the whole time being pushed & shoved in the back. With regards to the food & the service was ok but nothing out of the ordinary. For the prices being charged the quantity was ok but not what I was expecting. I had the venison rump & was average at best. Very disappointed.

I have been dining at Oxo Tower for the last 18 years at least and it never fails .. Last night we booked a table for 7 for my niece s 18 th ... we were looked after from the moment we arrive .. The manager even offered me and my husband a glass of champagne whilst we were waiting ... such a wonderful thought ... the food , the service , the ambiance and the willingness to please all contributed to make our dining there a truly memorable experience .Thank you Oxo ..

We had such high hopes the bar staff were lovely, we we're given a lovely table the starters came and were fab, then it fell apart. Mains came and were cold the waiting staff were less than admiral, when the bill came we mentioned again the food being cold and were told why didn't we mention it which I replied we did the sides were taken back and never returned. Also a staff member dropped a pot of sauce and caught nearly four tables no apologies seem to be offered just dry cleaning if they sent the receipt in for the items!! The couple next to us who were caught were told well accidents happen given but for the money the meals cost I'd expect better than a blunt accidents happen!!

Lovely dining experience. Fabulous views over the city. The food is of excellent quality and portion size just right. Plenty of menu choice and good quality ingredients.
I would re visit again and again/

It was my wife's birthday and we were given a great table, the service was impeccable, the atmosphere was just right, and the evening was very special for her.

The food was fresh, very tasty and served in good time. And the birthday sorbet was a very thoughtful touch. I won a lot of brownie points with my wife. Thank you!

I had booked online for 4 adults to dine in the Brasserie on Sunday lunchtime. The food was fine although we waited rather a long time between our first and main course. But the whole experience was marred by the intrusive live music -(an accordion and guitar) it was too loud and it was a struggle to hold a conversation. We mentioned this to the waiters who asked the musicians to 'tone it down' but in fact it made very little difference. In future I shall check by phone about such added 'attractions'.
