From award-winning chef Nathan Outlaw, delicious seafood is cooked to order and served when ready at Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen Port Isaac. Oozing rustic charm, the restaurant prides itself on sourcing fresh seafood daily from local fisherman.

Small, original and delicious seafood dishes lead the Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen menu. Tuck into a selection of dishes such as grilled mackerel with aubergine salad and basil dressing, monkfish satay, and baked hake with anchovy and tarragon butter. A carefully chosen wine list is on hand to complement the fresh flavours.

Finish a meal at Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen with rich desserts like chocolate fudge brownie with caramel sauce and peanuts, or vanilla mousse with strawberries and crumble. The cheese board sees Cornish cheeses joined by beer and onion chutney.

    The location is stunning and we were really looking forward to the meal. Staff warm and welcoming, drinks lovely the only criticism was the portion sizes. I'm a size 8/10 so no big eater but for £42 a head we didn't expect such tiny plates for each course. To give an example the first course (a pate was literally a tiny pot with one slice of toast between the two of us.) Our kids had a very average fish sandwich each but their chips were stunning.

    Each course was delicious and beautifully presented & if they changed just one thing to just a bigger plate we would rave about the place and return. Such a shame as we eat out a lot in London and at home & don't think we've ever had such small plates to share!

    Sadly disappointed. Only five white wines of which one £200 plus. We chose the Picpoul which was fine however they only had one bottle. Ended up,having beer with our fish. Food - why would anyone breadcrumb turbot and then serve Hake as the main event? Disappointing trifle - all cream.

    The restaurant is small and intimate. The service was very friendly and efficient. We had a fish taster menu which was beautifully served and delicious. The food is expensive as expected; the wine is reasonably priced, good quality and well served. Our only gripe was the small single portion of Gurnard. We would have loved one piece each Mr Outlaw!

    Half a dozen small dishes delivered one after the other. None of them really stood out. Restaurant is small, low beamed but not cosy on a cold winter night. I had to put my coat on to keep out the chill. Would have been disappointing at half the price.

    We have been coming to the fish kitchen since it opened and we love it every time. The food is amazing it never disappoints, the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and cosy. Each little dish the flavours melt in the mouth and if you really love it you can order it again!

    Loved every dish...We were not great fish eaters but the experience has changed our minds and we will definitely be eating more on a regular basis. The trifle was particularly well received! Staff particularly good, patient and helpful in a very natural way..which added to the pleasure of our lunch. We first ate Nathan's food in Fowey...and it was reassuring that he has gone from strength to strength.
