Dramatic and opulent, Opus One entices diners with its distinctive theatrical setting and innovative modern British cuisine. At the Manhattan-style Opus One bar, enjoy a fine selection of wines and glamorous cocktails.

Exciting British flavours are evident on the Opus One menu, created from the best of local and seasonal produce. Innovative starters such as wood pigeon with air dried ham crackling sit alongside barrel of Cheshire lamb gremolata and seared corn-fed chicken with slow cooked leg and chorizo wine confit.

Traditional afternoon tea is served everyday at the Opus One colonnade with a gentleman's version offering local cask beer and champagne. The elegant dining room at Opus One Manchester brings a contemporary charm with its red chandeliers, red velvet walls and bespoke furniture.

Went as a group of six. Had a mix of the traditional afternoon tea and the gentlemans tea. Both were fantastic..a real treat in such beautiful surroundings. Couldn't finish what we has and our table server, Davide was very helpful. He brought us some boxes and napkins so that we could take what we counldn't eat home with us. Very very nice experience.......would to do it again.

Excellent service, lovely surroundings and the gentleman's afternoon tea was a delicious alternative to a traditional afternoon tea. My Dad loved it!!

Lovely setting. I have a number of food allergies and had pre warned the restaurant. I went through everything again when i got there. The cakes they sent were great but the sandwiches (gluten and dairy free) were boring. They were just slices of gluten free bread with a slice of meat on. No dairy free marg, no dressing - just boring cardboard. They were served like packed lunch sandwiches - crusts on. Very disappointing. No imagination.
My father had no dietary requirements and thoroughly enjoyed his.
Wouldn't recommend if you want Gluten Free!
