We went on the day of my husbands 60th birthday, we had a nice relaxing afternoon. We turned our chairs around to look out of the window at the view, the staff were lovely and the service was excellent, the afternoon tea was lovely too with plenty of options for tea and coffee

Had afternoon tea and brought us tea and coffee refills at not extra charge. The food was good and well presented. The service was very good. The staff were very thoughtful about where they sat us and moved the curtain to give us a better view of the interesting panorama. It was very clean and calm.

I booked afternoon tea for 6 and it was absolutely delightful, we had a lovely room with soft furnishings yet we were still part of the atmosphere of the bar. The staff were lovely and seemed very enthusiastic, it was excellent value for money. Not to mention a great view over Media City. would definitely go back again and maybe try lunch next time.
