I booked afternoon tea for 6 and it was absolutely delightful, we had a lovely room with soft furnishings yet we were still part of the atmosphere of the bar. The staff were lovely and seemed very enthusiastic, it was excellent value for money. Not to mention a great view over Media City. would definitely go back again and maybe try lunch next time.

We were in a a nice room with rustic tables, comfortable seating, roomy. The afternoon tea was delicious. The sandwiches were fresh and brimming with filling. The cakes were good. There was copious amounts of tea and coffee. We weren't rushed. Friendly, helpful staff.

Fabulous venue with great views and great food.

We went for an afternoon tea offer, booked before end of December, for the offer in January £10pp inc mulled wine & unlimited tea/coffee, which could be americano, cappuccino or other. Absolutely fantastic value, lovely fresh sandwiches & so many cakes, would be hard to beat. Very relaxing atmosphere & excellent service, definitely has the feel of a private members bar, but in a good way, somewhere to relax & chill, with papers & magazines around. Loved the decor too, will definitely go again.
The only reason I've given the food 4 stars is that you don't get a choice to make yourself of sandwich fillings, but for £10 it's a fantastic deal & can't be complained about, however if I'd paid £16pp, I may have liked a few options to choose from.

Arrived at a lovely table set for two with nice cotton white napkins and china. The friendly waitresses brought us a mulled wine each which was gorgeous. Then our afternoon tea arrived. Quite large substantial sandwiches on a separate plate and a lovely array of little cakes and warm mince pies and scones with jam and cream to share. The restaurant was very cosy and festive and the service was great.

Great selection of sandwiches, cakes and drinks. The Hot Mulled wine was the best I have had this Christmas
