Sample potted Highland venison with piccalilli and garlic toasts on the No 1 The Bank Bistro menu. A gourmet burger is made using Grierson’s organic beef, with crispy bacon, Isle of Mull cheddar, duck egg and hand-cut chips, while sumptuous sea-reared trout enjoys the eclectic flavours of ginger velouté and buttered cucumber and herb gnocchi. Strawberry and champagne jelly makes for a decadent dessert, served with strawberry curd, chocolate nougat and fragrant lavender ice cream.
5 years in the making, the sophisticated wine list at No 1 The Bank at The Parklands Hotel in Perth features almost 200 bottles, as well as fine malt whiskies and liquors. For special occasions, there’s an elegant private dining room, seating up to 44 people.
