The tea for 2 was amazing, great price for what there was there avaliable also got a free glass of bubbly as I was there for a birthday.
Would really recommend the swinging chairs table, so relaxing and different.
Highly recommended

A buzzy, family-run hideaway in the West End, Muriel’s Kitchen Soho serves time-honoured British recipes. Quaint homely styling includes squashy leather armchairs, ceiling-suspended plant pots and vintage kitchenware displays.

Taking its name from the proprietor’s grandmother, the Muriel’s Kitchen menu changes with the seasons, and showcases the best available produce. Signature breakfasts at Muriel’s in Soho span from blueberry pancakes, to omelettes and filled croissants. Sandwiches and superfood salads are served throughout the day, while family-recipe mains include chicken & peach curry & fish pie.

Served on a miniature picnic bench, afternoon tea at Muriel’s in London is filled with classic sweets and savouries, and cakes and puds can be enjoyed on their own for a post-lunch treat. Guests can choose from the cherry-picked wine list, coffee and soft drinks, as well as vitamin-loaded smoothies.

An all-day restaurant in Soho, Muriel’s Kitchen is found 5 minutes’ walk from Leicester Square Tube Station.

I have been to two different Muriel's Kitchens, one in Soho one in Richmond. On both occasions the food was exceptional.

Wonderful - we booked Muriel's Kitchen for our pre-theatre dinner on 26th Nov 2016 and it was just perfect. The service was fantastic, the staff welcoming and friendly, the food was delicious - especially the crème brulee. The whole restaurant is decorated as if it were a garden room or summer house, there is one table with swings for seats. You definitely have to book though as it is in the centre of the theatre district and very popular.

The staff were very friendly and efficient and even gave me a free coffee while I waited a couple of minutes for the table to be ready. Couldn't believe how wonderful the interior was and the atmosphere was upbeat and fun. I've walked past this place for years and not even noticed it. Will be making it a regular venue for afternoon tea/lunch/dinner from now on.

My reservation was not found upon our arrival and they didn`t bother finding it either as there was space to seat us.
I have found the music too loud and trumpet-jazz for dinner ain`t the best pick between you and I. The waiter struggled with her English but was efficient.
I have had the Christmas burger and it was OK. Nothing extraordinary a good 7.5 out of 10 let`s say.
The Panattone bread and butter pudding was delicious though. It had some chocolate and marmalade in it and it is served with double cream.
All in all I had a good experience but nothing special. It would be nice to figure out what was the point making a booking via you, if the restaurant fails to be prepared getting it.

A lovely place for afternoon tea it was presented nicely on a cute picnic bench selection of sandwiches and cakes though the 3 of us had to to share the cakes as there was only one of each rather then one of each for each person so we only got a little taster each. The smoothie that came with it was a nice surprise and it was good to have something cold as well as tea. would recommend very good vaule for money

The Afternoon tea was delicious and very filling, atmosphere was cosy and the service was perfect dispite the fact it was very busy. We will definitely be eating here again
