Had a superb evening on Saturday, food was delicious and service excellent. Our lovely female waitress was very good offering recommendations with knowledge and confidence. All the staff appeared well trained and enjoying themselves.

Pleasant decor, nice atmosphere, helpful waitress but food not brilliant. We both had the steaks but were disappointed both with the fillet and Tbone. A bit pricey considering the quality of food.

Excellent experience. Food was delicious , service excellent but unobtrusive and although the restaurant was extremely busy we did not feel rushed or harried.

I think that the menu was overpriced for what we got, we had to remind the staff twice to bring our drinks order even at that they forgot one item on the order, and we had to ask twice for ketchup for my granddaughter.
The facilities were good and the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice. The staff were extremely helpful.

Served by a very moody waiter - asked for ID on our daughters 18th birthday when we ordered a drink (which was ok -)...but this was then refused when we produced a photograph of the passport on our phones ( stating they needed original as we could have faked the id )... the manager stated he wasn't risking jail ????
... we are two self employed parents in our 50s by the way ... not a group of teenagers trying to get a drink at a bar ..??.
After the incident no one came near our table to see if food was ok or to offer us another drink - a most disapppinting visit ... and upon reflection totally lacking in customer care ..scenario ruined our birthday meal..

We booked miller & Carter at crammond
Edinburgh. No greeting staff at door so had to go to bar to say we'd arrived. The waitress that took our order and was in charge of the table was appauling both in appearance and attitude. Didn't smile, no pleasantries, hair etc a mess. Waited over an hour for our meal. However it was worth the wait. Food is excellent. Steaks amazing. If more drinks were ordered they put them on the table and left all the empty glasses/bottles. Didn't clear them away. Some of the waitresses poured your juice into glass at the table others just dumped everything on the table so not consistent. Defo the food more than makes up for some poor staff which is a shame. Could be really fantastic!
