MEP, set in the oldest part of Madrid – Madrid de los Austrias, is synonymous with fusion cuisine in an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere. The restaurant's charm and size, with only 35 covers, and its fusion cuisine with modern influences, contribute towards a memorable dining experience. Specialities include prawns in kadaif pastry with ginger and soy sauce; duck livers with country bread; melon and lime soup with a red tuna ceviche; hake stuffed with shrimp with potato cream and Chinese noodles; chargrilled fillet steak with vegetable lasagne; and tiramisu in a glass with black beer foam. There is also a carefully selected wine list.

Wij waren de enige gasten in een sfeerloze ambiance!! We konden nog net de obers bij houden in hun drang om binnen 1 uur een compleet diner er door te douwen.
