McKenzie’s in Lichfield serve an eclectic menu of Mediterranean classics and grill favourites. From the beautiful setting of the old Corn Exchange building, the restaurant offers relaxed dining in impressive surrounds.
The McKenzie’s menu ranges from moreish light bites to steaks, burgers, Italian specialities and Sunday roasts. Accompanied by a choice of sauce, try a hearty rib eye with sautéed mushrooms and house chips, or opt for the premium beef burger in a brioche bun. Elsewhere on the menu, discover classic fish and chips with sustainably sourced haddock, prawn linguine with chilli and garlic, and porcini mushroom risotto.
The fine food at Mckenzie’s restaurant can be washed down with something from the selection of international wines. An impressive range of beers are also on offer, including British and international craft ales and ciders.

The meal was really nice and reasonably priced.
The only criticism was the Americano coffee we both ordered. they were both so strong they could have been classified as large Espressos.

Felt ignored when we entered the restaurant. Service was slow. Wasn't asked if we wanted a dessert so we decided to go and find someone for the bill, paid it and left. Although we couldn't have our first choice of meal, the food was quite good.

Good service, friendly staff and an interesting building. Food very tasty, not mass produced, well presented but not gimmicky. I had a Sunday roast and it really tasted like a good home made dinner with plenty of gravy. A very enjoyable experience.

We had an afternoon tea for 3 to celebrate my Mothers 81st Birthday. Sandwiches and cakes were excellent esprcially to warm scones. You kindly prepared some extra sandwiches for my mother as she does not eat cheese or salmon and she had her own little platter. Will be back again soon hopefully and try main meals and desserts.
