There was no one to greet you and we had to find our own table(my name was on a card) the service was fine and the waitress did her best however we waited 50 minutes for our food which was of poor quality. Not bad enough to complain officially just poor quality.

Very disappointing. Arrived to be told a private party was expected shortly and the restaurant would need to be vacated for this. The food was mediocre...the half lobster was barely visible..the steak was reasonable but the fries were grossly over cooked to the point of being burnt. Service was slow.
We complained (we always voice our displeasure but equally give praise where it merits) and were given a small discount on our bill. Nevertheless, we shall not be returning to the "Mayfair Exchange".

A wonderful meal just as advertised. The steak was cooked to perfection. Medium to well done but still juicy. The Lobster was dressed well, The meat form the claw removed and the tail detached. So no messy hands. Then the bonus of a lovely glass of cold champagne. All served by friendly staff.

the meal was very nice pleasant atmosphere th e only criticism is we had to call the waitress several times to ask for items to be removed from the table such as lobster shells etc and wasnt asked if we wanted to order any more drinks or sweet it took so long we run out of time so had to leave for the theatre,I would however go back and try again as the food was very good.thankyou

We lunched at the Mayfair Exchange on "Black Friday" but it was anything but a "Black" Lunch. Steak & Lobster with Champagne (£25). Both steak and Lobster were cooked as we would wish. The "Exchange" is very atmospheric, Service was excellent, and we shall return.
