The staff were amazing. Very friendly and bent over backwards to make our dinner special. The food was also amazing. Just a great experience and night out. Would definitely recommend this place highly.

Masala zone is one of the best restaurants I have visited and the quality of the food was outstanding and served by a team of very welcoming staff. The ambiance and vibe inside the restaurant is really good and the menu consists of very unique dishes hand picked from various regions across India. The only flip side is the quantity served and also there are not too many options to choose from if you were not going for their thali dishes. Slightly on the expensive side esp on the drinks side but its worth the experience and food quality.

We needed special assistance to clarify, which food was kosher. The stuff was very helpful and the food was out of this world delicious. The chef came over and helped us with picking kosher food and we had great starters, fish and a delicious vegetarian curry. Great service, great food would come here again!

Great decor, friendly professional staff. Indian food but more subtle and delicate flavours than most "curry houses"

the only difficulty was the fact the waitresses spoke vey quickly and didn't make a big effort to explain the menu with simple words.

Easy to find just behind Oxford Circus tube; service was the best we have experienced in a long while in a restaurant. We were celebrating a birthday and the waiter was really attentive & helpful with recommendations. The majority of our group had a thali; butter chicken the best. The only negative was they could not go off menu or make it slightly different I.e.we wanted a potato dish without the cabbage but they could not accommodate; however it did not spoil our meal. Drinks are expensive but to be expected in central London. It was nice that they had a children's thali but not much for choice - perhaps a bit more variety/choice.
