The produce and ingredients are of vital importance in order to produce the exceptional flavours without having to add many additional flourishes. Fresh herbs, high grade oil and fresh basic ingredients are used to produce dishes such as fillet of red mullet in a tomato, zucchini and potato ragout with a parmesan mousse, grilled veal rump steak, with Mediterranean braised vegetables and sage potatoes in a port wine sauce, or lemon sorbet infused with Spanish champagne, to add a bit of something special. The daily changing lunch time menu combines the light Mediterranean cuisine, with typical regional dishes, and every Sunday, guests can enjoy fresh meals from the abundant breakfast buffet. When the terrace season begins in the Más y Más in Bad Krozingen, you can sit back and relax under the shade of the sweet chestnut tree, on the sun terrace, which is situated directly on the Lammplatz.
