With the River Thames flowing nearby, Marlow Bar & Grill serves prime British steaks, fresh fish and great wine. Inspired by the town’s boating history, teak tables and polished wooden floors lend a nautical feel, while navy blue accents highlight an intimate covered terrace ideal for al fresco dining.

Proud to use the finest hand-selected British beef, The Marlow Bar & Grill’s cuts are aged for maximum flavour. From rump to Chateaubriand to share, the meat is joined by tuna au poivre and lobster on the Marlow Bar & Grill menu.

The bar is well-stocked with liqueurs, draught and bottled beers, plus long fruity cocktails and martinis to enjoy on the deck. The monochrome photography lining the walls adds a hint of nostalgia to the interior, complementing classic British braised daube of beef or kiln smoked Scottish salmon, prepared before you in the open kitchen.

On the High Street, The Marlow Bar & Grill restaurant is easy to find. It’s a 9-minute walk from Marlow Train Station.

Wife & I visiting Marlow for only 2nd time and decided to invite 3 friends for lunch. A friend of theirs recommended you - and we were not disappointed. Efficient confirmation of online booking, very professional staff on arrival, very good menu (2 of the party were non-meat-eaters). Excellent food and first-rate service. Can't think of a single criticism. Well done.

Lovely food and a layout that I haven't seen before. All in all a brilliant place to eat

Great service. Fantastic food, the smoked haddock starter was fantastic, beautifully presented. The meal was paced well and we didn't feel rushed

Our evening was spoilt by a noisy noisy group behind us which detracted from us enjoying our evening. We ate quickly and left sadly ASAP. No time to reflect on our food

We've been coming to this restaurant for years. Unfortunately, there seems to have been a slipping in standards recently.

The crab salad was laughably tiny, more of a starter than a main course. The waiter did supply more salad free of charge, but the crab portion was tiny. Also, it came with sourdough bread (not on the menu) which my wife is allergic to.

The bread and oil whilst you order has disappeared, being replaced with a £3 bread and butter option on the menu.

The very professional management team have been replaced (or were just missing in a Saturday lunchtime) and it showed, as the staff were standing in groups by the servery chatting. Not very friendly service.

This is one of my favourite restaurants and I really hope they get their act back together.
