MARKET sits in the heart of Regency Brunswick on the Brighton and Hove border. Designed to feel like a traditional market, MARKET restaurant and bar serves delicious food all day every day.

The MARKET restaurant and bar menu promotes sharing with a variety of exciting small plates such as goats’ cheese churros with white truffled honey. Larger dishes include MARKET classics and daily specials such as fish and steak of the day. Finish with an inventive dessert, like baked popcorn cheesecake with salted popcorn and praline.

    Really great atmosphere, love the general hubbub of it. I could have a nice quiet conversation with my wife or been as loud as I like and I do t think it would have effected any other customers, or indeed did any other conversations effect us!
    The food was great, we had the Spanish meats board and it was just beautiful. We also had the pork belly and couliflower and broccoli (amongst other stuff) but the broccoli was the clear winner along with pork belly

    Nice restaurant with a good buzz. Friendly staff and wide choice. I enjoyed the dining experience more than the food. We had tapas. Some of the dishes were delicious, some below par.

    Went for the Valentine's Day special menu, which was quite tasty but not exceptional, and it felt like the normal daily menu in a fixed order and for an extra fee. During the evening, the waiting staff spent much of their time changing the music that was playing, which meant songs kept changing halfway through, which was quite distracting (not that I went for the music, but it ruined the ambience a bit). Unfortunately both my partner and I felt quite unwell after the meal, to the point where she had to take the following day off work. Given that this was the only thing we had both eaten, we surmised that something in the food or the preparation had disagreed with us. We will not be returning.

    Lovely tapas meal, nice cocktails, friendly staff, beautifully designed restaurant. The beef cheek was spectacular! Highly recommend.

    Food was great. Really enjoyed the lamb and aubergine dish and also the cured beef. Excellent lunch time venue with relaxed atmosphere.
