I went for a surprise for my family and it was very good! Very impressed about you!
Just a little mistake, for exemple ask two times if we want some coffees or teas and top up our glass of water by a wrong water (Sampelegrino instead of Badoit).
No worries, it was amazing!

Food superb. Husband even loved the 'no meat' celeriac dish. Every course was melt in mouth and made me fully appreciate someone else preparing it all. Service attentive but not invasive. Very polite and knowledgable at all times. We had lovely outward facing table although noticed that some of seating arrangements were a bit odd and resulted in people on different tables facing each other.

Excellent evening and dinning experience. We had the 5 course gourmet menu accompanied the recommended wine course which did not disappoint. Even met Marcus wearing briefly and the restaurant offered us his new cookery book free of charge and will organise for him to sign it and post it onto us.

Loved the menu (Taste of Autumn), they managed to adapt the courses so I could eat them all (am lactose intolerant), attentive service, well spaced tables and pleasant atmosphere.

Hi expectations having dined here 10 years ago and was not disappointed
Excellent service from the staff from the moment you arrived great advice on menu choice
We had the 8 course tasting menu with wines and the choices complimented each other so well
As a chocolate fan the very last course was sublime

Excellent food, but it felt like you were being churned through each course. You expect a lot of waiter contact when going through 5 courses, however courses came thick and fast which meant that conversation with my partner was interrupted often.
Some waiting staff appeared to turn their nose up at guests dining on the London Restaurant festival menu. The festival menu is a great experience for those to experience fine dining. The dining was more than fine. Each course was beautifully dressed and flavour combinations were delicate through the early courses and rich and punchy for the main. The dessert was fantastic and the damson ice cream was a standout component. Perhaps the best dessert I've ever eaten. While the food as beyond 'fine dining', the service (in places) made you feel uneasy, rushed and like your custom was considered second rate. Front of house staff were warm and welcoming. Waiting staff were cold and it spoiled the experience.

Beautiful dining room, cosy but spacious all at once. Excellent service, there when you needed them but not intrusive or annoying. The food was incredible. Beautifully presented and every single thing tasted divine. Perfectly paired with the wine tasting flight. To top it off the man himself was actually dining with friends at the chefs table. All in all it was a very special birthday treat!
