Mixing NYC chic and timeless Italian charm, Marco’s New York Italian comes courtesy of the ‘godfather’ of modern cooking, Marco Pierre White. Retro stateside décor in the dining room includes smooth cream leather, a chequered floor and a glossy bar lined with towers of bottles.

Served with signature MPW flair, the Marco’s menu mixes sumptuous Italian favourites and timeless North American staples. Enjoy rigatoni with New York meatballs, or a freshly-fired pizza with a range of classic toppings. Juicy burgers, hot dogs and ribs are all served with lazy fries and crunchy homemade slaw, and crisp salads and sumptuously simple antipasti dishes are also on offer.

Thick, straw-slurping shakes, fruity cocktails and a selective wine list are offered at the Marco’s bar, alongside rich coffees and a lengthy stock of chilled international beers. For dessert, indulge in baked NYC cheesecake, Marco’s signature tiramisu, or semifreddo with fresh raspberries.

A family-friendly hideaway, Marco’s restaurant in Exeter offers nostalgic dining with a modern twist. Hampton by Hilton Exeter Airport hotel sits just next door.

Had a good meal here when staying at hotel next door. Lots of choice of food, prices reasonable but wine all very expensive, just had a glass each rather than our usual bottle.

Lovely staff. Service very slow. Long wait for order to be taken and longer for the food to get to our table. Some bread or nibbles on the table would have made a difference. The food was excellent when it eventually arrived.

Service was polite and timely. Personally it's not really my choice of food. Too much wheat included in each dish and not much alternative especially in lighter choices.
My husband ordered malt whiskey, but it came with ice which he doesn't like. Was not asked how he wanted it served.

Received a warm welcome from receptionist and shown to our table. order taken promptly and food served with a smile.
Tasty meal, well cooked and presented attractively.
If I had checked the bill more closely I would have realised that service was included and therefore my tip was actually not required!

Fantastic restaurant and friendly staff. Definitely eat here if you are staying at the Hampton next door as their menu is great and the prices are very reasonable and the food is superb.
