Could not find a single fault to report, the food was actually better then my expectations , yes you do have to pay extra for the sides but I don't see £4 as a big expense. The service was fantastic , generally lovely staff and couldn't do more for you. I would definitely return .

First of all my seat where in the way getting hit by every person passing .
My starter was not great I change it twice but my main was good part from the potatoes undercooked
And they have run out from escalops half way during the service

The whole experience was excellent. The choice of food was good and of excellent quality. The staff were very attentive.

Good was fantastic with very attentive staff. Only thing that let it down was our table at the window was very cold. Toilets though clean require a bit of TLC.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good too

The service was very good, but the overall experience was spoilt by the quality and freshness of the "cheese board", which carried a £2.00 supplement. The cheddar was mouldy on one side, and the Stilton was brown rather than yellow. As a gesture, the Manager removed the £2.00 supplement and Service charge from the bill. I still left a tip, as there was not any issue with the service.

We had a great time and food was wonderful but be aware that extras really do add up. One weird extra is that sides are not included in the offer, so to add veg or chips etc to your meal is £4 a side. They offer a standard steak in the offer but the other cuts are extra which I expected. All in all the food is really lovely and the service was perfect. They added a candle to my sons dessert as it was their birthday which was lovely.

Superb service from start to finish! The food was exceptional, as was the ambiance and the friendliness of the staff. A must have experience.

Staff very attentive, luck of the draw on table size, most 4 seater tables had two people seated meaning lots of space for wine, water, sauces, bread, side dishes etc, not so if you have been allocated a table for 2, which is very small. Be prepared to play chess with your table setting as dishes are brought to your table. Entree and dessert was divine, main course (8oz fillet) nice, but as with all things there is always someone doing it better and in this case it was not here. Would recommend, but not for a special event dinner.
