We had an amazing afternoon. The staff were exceptional and attentive. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the whole feel of the G&T Lounge was lovely. There was an additional guest who we took along with us and they were very accomadating. Would highly recommend it here. A great offer that put a smile on my mothers face.

Unfortunately not a good experience, over priced and poor service! We went for the set menu for £39 per person, the food was ok but not worth the price! There were not sides with the main and we didn't realise they were extra?! Steak came with two cherry tomatoes and one small mushroom. Even tho the restaurant was not busy the service was slow and waited a long time for drinks

I went here for afternoon tea with 2 friends as part of my 50th birthday celebrations. We weren't disappointed, as advertised the bubbly is free-flowing, the sandwiches and scones were fresh and delicious and the waiters were attentive and happy to bring extra when requested. The ambience in the bar was really lovely, laid back and relaxed but with just the right amount of formality from staff. We hit the bar afterwards for a few cocktails which were delicous and reasonably priced. Althogether a lovely afternoon, thankyou!

I wouldn't recommend. I am having afternoon tea on a regular basis this was the worst in a long time. The quality of food was ok but the quantity was a joke. The afternoon we had was based on one person. Never had this before. We had to ask a few times to get our glasses refilled. We had to wait quite a while until we could pay and until the change was given back.

Went to Manhatten Grill with daughter to celebrate her25th birthday. Very warm welcome from waiter who had rung earlier to check we were coming and asked for any special requests. Explained different teas in great detail, but being a lover of good black coffee I personally found the weak and boring, but that is personal taste. The whole tea was presented really well and the scones with clotted cream were excellent. We finished our tea with a glass of bubbly which was very good. We did not feel rushed to leave in any way, in fact the waiter seemed surprised we were leaving after an hour, but we wanted to look round the area and shops before heading home. Only slight gripe was 12,5 service charge added to the bill as I would have preferred to tip the waiter. Would recommend this as a good and more relaxed alternative to tea in central London.
