Get a load of Spanish innovation! Chef Jordi Herrera uses his extensive culinary experience to whip up some very personal concoctions. Sample the potato soup with squid and truffle, with the pea cream on cuttlefish to follow. The egg "a la romana" with bean and "butifarra" purée also looks promising.
