OK but too much sweet stuff, smoothie not very nice, room for tea not as pleasant as could be, dirty floors. gluten free was OK but we both would have preferred sandwiches.

A really wonderful experience, all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially our waiter Carlos. They made an extra effort as we were celebrating. We had afternoon tea and the food was all delicious and presented in a lovely way. It was value for money and I will/have recommend it.

Booked for an afternoon tea for my husband's birthday - was very disappointed. The tea room had obviously had a lot of customers before us but none of the tables had been cleared up and the room was empty bar us. It felt liked we were the ones tagged on at the end of a party which had finished!!. Service was poor and after waiting 30 mins for our cream tea, I had go and find someone to speak to. It eventually arrived and then people started to clear tables which left us feeling awkward as conversation was difficult with the noises if cups and plates being gathered. Although our waiter was very apologetic, we felt that the service/experience was very poor - probably due to sufficient staff being on duty.
