Had a great visit to Malmaison. Food was excellent, service first class and my favourite dish was Atlantic Cod and Seafood - cooked to perfection. Value was exceptional. Second time to Malamison, also recently ate at the one in Leeds. Again great experience and I will visit again.

Great location, gorgeous interior, food was fantastic too -a nice surprise with a nice price too.
Dessert could've been fresher, that was the only let down as the cake I had was very dry. But the starter and main were delicious. Service was great too.

Environment very nice, staff friendly. General staff were not aware of Bookatable offer and only the Manager seemed to be aware. Whilst this did not spoil the evening it just meant we had to explain things like we had a free glass of wine to start and even when waitress became aware we were on a special deal she still bought an incorrect bill at the end. The Manager sorted everything and was really nice but he needs to train his staff with relevant deal knowledge. The restaurant was popular with diners and the food was very good. Would definitely recommend the black pudding starter.

Menu limited for the deal but some good options. Service was very good, even though our waitress was on her first night she was well supervised. Very busy restaurant but good ambiance.

The meal was lovely. We had the set menu - three courses & a glass of wine for £19.95. Value for money? most definitely. The only hiccup was the dessert was barely warm but the waitress was very apologetic and took it away and we received new desserts. Gorgeous. The coffee was on the house.

The soups at Malmaison are fabulous. The duck and bean main course didn't look very exciting but it was delicious. And the winter fruit crumble with cinnemon ice-cream was Christmas on a plate! Service was friendly, professional and not intrusive. Never fails to impress and I'll keep going back for more.
