Maharani in Camden has been part of the vibrant Camden High Street scene since 1963, and continues to offer a fantastic blend of classic and contemporary Indian dishes using only the freshest ingredients and premium spices.

Dishes from across the Indian subcontinent are showcased on the Maharani menu. The restaurant's traditional tandoori clay oven is used to prepare tender lamb chops, as well as delicately spiced filets of monkfish. There are traditional tikka, madras and vindaloo curries, mixed biryanis, and a range of vegetarian specialities, including fresh spinach cooked with split lentils, mustard seeds, garlic and fragrant lime leaves.

Freshly-baked breads at Maharani in London include nan stuffed with garlic and coriander, as well as wonderfully soft chapati. As well as a bar area, there is a private function room, perfect for group celebrations.

With a heritage of more than 40 years, Maharani restaurant is only a 4-minute walk from Camden Town Tube Station.
