There are like 15 cats in the cafe and all of them are so cute!! Don't be late for your appointment time otherwise you will lose time to play with the cuties. One hour is definitely too short to be with them.

Lovely friendly cats , lovely food ! A much bigger sign saying " London Cat Village " on the door / outside would be helpful . Not easy to find, had to go into men's clothes shop almost opposite to ask for location of the cafe and they did not know , had to look it up on web.

I absolutely loved being around so many cute and well-treated cats!

The cats were great and really cute. Unfortunately the food and drinks were not good value. The scones were microwave re-heated. The pot of tea was £4 or £5 for herbal. We had to be out pretty speedily once our hour was up. There was not much time to relax and it did not seem very friendly.

The cats are lovely - though I would try to get a seat downstairs as they tend to stay there rather than upstairs.
The Brie toastie was delicious and a very generous size (a plus as it's quite expensive).
There is a distinct smell of cats pee - but I suppose with 17 cats it's hard to avoid. Other than this it's pretty clean and tidy.
I think charging service fee when you already spend £5 an hour AND you have to buy food and drink is a bit steep and cheeky, but it was definitely a fun experience.

I love cats and if you do so that's the place you want to visit! An hour is too short though, but because of the high demand, that is the rule! I am allergic to cats, but my love and passion for animals, specially cats is too strong and I could not miss the opportunity! My fav cat was Misty, ask for her to the waiting stuff! ;)
A bit overpriced, but I bet to maintain 17 cats, the waiting stuff and also to try to make a profit out of it, you gotta do so.

Very good. Nice selection of interesting cold and hot drinks; savoury snacks and sweets. Brownie very good.

This cafe charges £5 entrance fee for an hour stay. When u order food n drinks they can add up. The cats were very cute, u cant lift them up unfortunately but there were many to look and play with.

Great experience! The cats were playful and friendly, and the hosts very welcoming. We will definitely be going back.
