Locke & Remedy sits inside the former Cardiff City Library, which has been stunningly converted into a stylish restaurant space. A range of classic burgers and wood-fired pizzas are served, while the bar mixes up creative cocktails.
The Locke & Remedy menu is perfect for burger fans, with succulent patties being topped off with flavourful additions including maple-glazed bacon, balsamic-glazed short rib and black pudding. There is a buttermilk fried chicken options, and a vegetarian portobello mushroom recipe too. The wood-fired pizza range boasts options like buffalo mozzarella, Parma ham, spicy chilli chicken, and garlic butter bases.
A select dessert list at Locke & Remedy Cardiff features indulgent warm chocolate brownie with salted caramel sauce, while the talented mixologists prepare incredible signature cocktails made with premium spirits and exotic additions.
Serving the finest ingredients in an informal, bustling atmosphere, Locke & Remedy is moments from Cardiff Castle, and only 10 minutes' walk from Cardiff Queen Street Rail Station.

Great food and atmosphere, no hassle when we had to wait for one colleague to turn up and good service

We have eaten here a few times now, last night was our 1st time with the new menu. All the food we ordered was great but the fried pickles were amazing!! The staff at the beginning of the night were great, very attentive and friendly, but the shift change was a shame, we were left almost 30 minutes waiting to pay/leave, I almost walked out without paying, and we missed out train home. More night serving staff needed.

lovely! gorgeous setting- nice decor and cool building. service was super quick and waiter was really lovely and chatty. menu is limited if you're fussy- pizzas and burgers as mains. but they're all so good and the desserts are really great.
also half price on prosecco and cheap cocktails monday-thursday.. so can't really go wrong
