Lovely evening a group of us went after work. Food. Excellent quality which you would expect from the Loch Fyne Oyster Company, service attentive but not intrusive, overall a great night. Thank you.

Lovely food very friendly staff. It was my daughters 14th birthday and they hid the cake I bought and brought it out singing to her after our meal. They were so helpful and fun and made her feel special.

Restaurant not full. We ordered bread and olives to share with our drinks before our main course arrived. However, the bread and olives did not arrive and I had to remind them, so they were delivered after our main course arrived. We ordered teas and coffee at the same time as we placed our dessert order, they arrived after we had finished dessert. They delivered peppermint tea when we had ordered English Breakfast tea. Not very well organised. Although the staff were very polite and apologised.

The meal tasted good the evening we went but there just was not enough of it. We chose one of the dishes of the day, hake with a clam sauce. the sauce was delicious but barely a thimbleful. Three of us were to share one tiny pot of vegetables, just two pieces of broccoli six bits of runner bean and a portion of peas. We kept expecting the waitress to bring more, it never happened and no one came near us to say "are you happy with your meal" It was too noisy to catch the attention of one of the waitresses easily.

the table was booked to celebrate my partners 40th birthday as a surprise, the last time we had eaten at loch fyne it had been amazing, unfortunatly not this time, over cooked, over rated, over priced we left feeling total disappointed.

First visit. Went on an evening (our wedding anniversary), very impressed with the service, knowledge and help of our waiter. We wern't rushed but the waiter was always available when required.

Drinks including water could be served quicker at the table. Otherwise a very nice family occasion dining experience. A suggestion - if very young children (with whom you cannot yet reason ) are present, the waiter/waitress could ask if the diners want serving quickly with little gap between courses! This will alleviate/reduce any irritation for other diners.
