Food was OK, service was good.
Waitress was helpful, lively and bubbly, going to a fairy later on, it would suit her.

The table was ready for us and decorated with balloons for my husbands birthday. We also had a free glass of champagne. Delightful surprise, costing Loch Fyne not a lot but meant a lot to us. The waiter was very young but very very good, amusing helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable about the food. The food was also excellent, though it did take a little time to get to us because of an influx of Deliveroo clients, we felt that restaurant guests should take priority, though we do have sympathy with the economics of the service.

Waitress friendly - perhaps a little too friendly. very touchy / feely !
The service was extremely slow. It took 90 minutes for our main course to be served - although the restaurant was busy it certainly wasnt packed. The smoked haddock that I had was undercooked and for the price not really good value for money.

Eaten several times here. The food is consistently good and the service from the staff is second to none. All the food is excellent. For a nice dessert try the platter to share. It has a little bit of everything for you to taste - delicious .

Only thing that let this place down was the seating , very good food , very good service

I was surprised to see that the prawn cocktail I ordered as a starter was somewhat deconstructed. I was not expecting the prawns to be battered and unfortunately, the batter was not crispy. That said, the rest of the meal was good but a little rushed. We sat down at 7.20 pm and two courses were served and consumed by 8.00 pm.

Excellent food and service. Waitress very good and attentive. Can recommend the mushy pea fritters as a starter and the mussels are wonderful. Table a little close to the next one, could do with a bit more space as felt we were in a group of four not just the two of us and felt our conversation was being listened too.
