Lovely food and great service; mussel madness was a huge hit! I'll definitely be returning.

I booked a table for three some months ago. We came in the evening as all three of us are pensioners and I find lunch times very noisy and I am hard of hearing. We met at 5.30 and for the first hour or so, it was OK but then many more people came in and it got noisier. The food was very good. I had sea bass. We will certainly return to you when we meet again in the spring.

Overall very good. The food was excellent and service was quick, although a bit slow getting the bill.
Some of the tables are tightly packed and for a normal busy lunchtime, it can be very noisy.

Mussels that were off served in the starters and the taghliatelle was essentially a brick served on a plate. Chef must have worked on more construction sites than kitchens. Don't bother with this place....

A warm welcome, great service, tasty food, price was about right. Despite the food being good, the quantity of food was very poor. I've never seen such a small muffin, the tatty scone was 2mm thick and the sausage was so short it was almost round. Shared a breakfast meeting with a colleague then went to the office to eat Muesli. I'm going to call my muesli 'Breakfast pudding'.... Would go again, but would probably have to double order on the menue.

I booked for lunch with a friend. The restaurant was bright and very welcoming and very suitable for either a business or leisurely lunch with friends. I chose the battered haddock, chips and mushy peas while my friend chose the smoked haddock main dish, both of which were delicious. We were limited for time hence not having a starter. The menu was extensive as was the wine list. We decided on a South African Stellenbosch White which complimented the lunch perfectly. Desserts were also had, again delicious. The cost of the meal was a little above average but this wouldn't stop us booking again as the quality of service and foods was superb.
