I would thoroughly recommend the Mussel Madness on Tuesdays! Its a great way to try different flavours and very good value!

Staff very welcoming and friendly. We chose the three course meal. The fish soup was very tasty and the twice cooked chips yummy. My friend had steak he requested it to be cooked medium rare, unfortunately it was cooked well no pink.
I ordered the Dab fish, unfortunately it was very dry and tasteless. I will not order this again, disappointed.

This admittedly was a bit of a disappointment.

The staff was very nice and helpful, but both the presentation of the food and the taste experience was disappointing.
I had as a starter the Haggis which was presented as three lumps of mush next to another with a small slicer of Harris in the middle.
This was followed by the salmon, which thrown on the plate with some plain carrots and potatoes looked like a rushed serving from a factory canteen.
The cheese plate at the end was no improvement at all - a couple of crackers, three lumps of cheese and a bit of chutney thrown together with just the sign "Please eat up quickly and leave" missing.

So not great at all and especially disappointing as this was supposed to be a "special Burns Night" event.
A further disappointment was that I could not use my "Friends" card at the end of the night.

It will be a while before I will be persuaded to visit again I am afraid.......

Having eaten here on numerous occasions previously we were rather disappointed this time. Several of our favourite food choices were unavailable and the quality of the food this time was not what we have come to expect at Egham. Having said that the Manageress was very helpful and welcoming and apologetic at the shortage of food choices.

Service good, childrens meal good, adult food not so great, lobsterand crab burger tasted pretty bland, frankly very poor, other dishes mixed although oysters and the calamari starter were nice

Lovely meal to celebrate my wife's birthday and enjoy a 'date-night'. Service was perfectly balanced between attentive and overbearing. Edyta was particularly good. Many thanks.
