Amazing dining experience, the staff, the menu, the restaurant area in The Jazz Lounge, the singer and band, the little extras like Amuse Bouche appetizer and Petit Fours after dessert. I would highly recommend dining here and will definitely want to go back again. Thank you.

A fantastic dining experience. The environment, ambience and attention to service was outstanding. The jazz trio entertainment was of exceptional quality. At no time did we feel pressured to leave and we felt relaxed and able to reflect on our enjoyable meal whilst continuing to enjoy the jazz. Thank you

I absolutely loved the Wellesley. The setting was very romantic, opulent and intimate, with a fabulous singer/pianist (Darren). The food was perfect, with some extra chefs treats thrown in unexpectedly, and the service was outstanding. I can't speak more highly of the whole evening - simply perfect.

We booked for the two o'clock tea, which is early for Brits I know, but the timing could not have been better! It was just the four of us and the piano player. Our server was exceptional and knowledgable, explaining every little detail of our experience from the teas (which each of us had a different blend) to the finest dollop of clotted cream. Our server was very attentive and refilled our tea cups often as well as removing and refilling the teapots too, a constant cup of hot tea. Every treat was a taste sensation to enjoy, from the start of fresh salmon and cream cheese, little sandwich bites of chicken, beef, or cucumber. The freshness of the lemon and orange cakes, the melt in your mouth blueberry 'mousse' and the raspberry jell wrapped in clotted cream, and so many more fresh taste treats you will just have to try for yourself. The scones, oh my, what a way to finish the top tier on the cake plate. A variety of chocolate, raisin and plain awaited the dollops of strawberry preserve, chocolate and plain clotted cream. Surprisingly there were more treats than we could eat and it was packaged and presented for take away. We felt no rush from the staff to leave and relaxed a bit longer to enjoy the music from piano player.
I must say that out of all the high teas I've had over the years, this one tops them all!
