Food was lovely and service was excellent the only quibble is the service charge on top 12.5% should be on price as I would of gone elsewhere

We had the afternoon tea all very delicious, they catered for the vegetarian member of our group, as we were a group of seven we were sat on a sofa with a very low table so all had to eat off our laps which was not particularly pleasant, but the service was fine and the room nice enough.

Marvellous afternoon tea with prosecco. I had a few requests due to allergies and these were dealt with professionally. The sandwiches, cakes and scones were all delicious and we will definitely be back. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of our waitress, but she was wonderful from start to finish.

Nice location but considering we went for afternoon TEA on Mothers Day, it was the WORST pot of tea I've ever had..hardly more than warm water!! Felt embarrassed that I'd taken my elderly mum there, only to give her a horrible cup of tea..and I'm really not one to complain! The actual food was nice..just nothing special. One other thing..I don't expect to have to struggle to understand what staff are saying!!

Very disappointing, afternoon tea consisted of 3 sandwiches which were approximately 3 inches long by 1 inch wide and filled with: sandwiche1, a sliver of cucumber, sandwich 2, a sliver of salmon and sandwich 3, wafer thin ham....all on plain white bread. 1 fruit scone and I plain scone, a little jar of Jam and 1 small tub of fresh cream which 2 people had to share! There was also 4 nibble size cakes which were nothing remarkable. And there's a 12.5% service charge on top of the final bill. All in all a disappointment and we won't be visiting again, we'll stick to Rhinefield house in future.
