Les Diables au Thym (literally Thyme Devils), is in the Lafayette district of Paris. The atmosphere is that of a modern bistro. The head chef Eric Lassauce is passionate about creative cuisine using local produce. There is duck foie gras cooked in a terrine, turnip purée, vension steaks with red cabbage purée and chesnuts.

    Assurément, l'auteur du premier avis sur ce restaurant ne devait pas être un amateur de bonne cuisine et être mal luné. la cuisine est à recommandé, le service sans faute. A essayer, les différends vins aux noms atypiques que le chef propose. Restaurant idéalement situé et loin du bruit des boulevards. J'y retournerai volontiers. Je le recommande.

    Très mauvais souvenir de ce restaurant, autant dire que mon anniversaire a été gâché par un service très mauvais et un manque de respet du chef!
