The sister restaurant of 2 Michelin-starred Taillevent in Paris, Les 110 de Taillevent is a hotly-anticipated arrival on the London restaurant scene. Guests can expect classic French brasserie dining in a refined West End setting.

Dishes such as whiting facon Colbert with tartare sauce, or saddle of lamb and veal kidney make up the menu, followed by cheese or dessert. Creative twists at Les 110 de Taillevent in Mayfair include the ‘remembering our childhood’ pudding, consisting of 4 childhood favourites, including rice pudding and crème caramel.

Every item on the Les 110 de Taillevent menu is accompanied by 4 different suggested wine pairings in 4 different price brackets, and 110 wines by the glass are on offer. Pierre-Yves Rochon, who revamped The Savoy, is responsible for the interior: the design of which is cleverly styled on a vineyard.

Enjoy afternoon tea’s replacement, ‘wine time’, al fresco on the terrace when the weather allows. Les 110 de Taillevent in London’s West End is a 6-minute walk from Oxford Circus Tube Station.

Great food and wine. I booked a table for 6 people but felt the size of the table was too small and the seating was cramped. The bench seat did not add to the experience.

This restaurant really is a gem tucked behind Oxford Street and off the tourist track. The service was excellent and very friendly, the décor is very smart without being intimidating. The set menu was simple with some French classics like coq au vin and profiteroles and excellent value. The menu is laid out with paired wines (at four price points) by the glass alongside the menu options which is a really nice touch. The glass of wine comes with a little coaster hooked around the stem indicating which wine/ year it is. There is also an extensive wine list by the bottle.

Great ambience and well balanced menu. Nut allergies dealt with in a confident, concise manner that allowed a good range of choices. Food waiting very good although drinks (nice guy) were a little tardy.

Gorgeous French food, paired with beautiful wines, kind servers, great atmosphere

Good space, not too noisy so easy to have a conversation with friends , favourite dish; langoustine ravioli. Menu can be slightly more adventurous. Perhaps a little bit too traditional French?

There was a warm welcome and the restaurant was roomy and comfortable. The service was splendid and the menu concept clearly explained. Both of us thought that the food was excellent, and beautifully presented and served.
